The quickest and easiest way to register for a Webcast Event or enrol in an Online Course is to complete your registration and payment online via this website.

Live Webcasts

Yes - you'll have access to an online chat function that allows you to ask questions during the webcast.

You can even submit your questions up to a week before the Webcast date. Simply access the webcast in your account and add your question to the chat room.

Yes, you can. We understand life gets busy and you may not be able to get through all the content within the 60 days allocated.

We allow a free once-off extension for an additional 30 days, or until the content is replaced – whichever is less. To request an extension, please email us at events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com

Your online account contains all Webcast (and On Demand) Courses you have registered for in one place.

The best way to register for a course is through our website. Add your preferred course(s) to your Checkout and complete registration and payment accordingly.

Yes you can!

If you are unable to attend the Webcast live, as a registrant of the event, you can access the recording and handouts for 60 days from the date of the event to watch in your own time.

Please login to your account for access.

Note: A free once-off 30 day extension is available upon request.

A presentation held on a specific day throughout the year that is livestreamed (online) and recorded. Anyone registered for a Webcast gets 60 days access to the recording via their online account.

All registered participants will receive email confirmation with a prompt to activate an Online Account.

The Online Account is where you will access all courses purchased via our website.

Please check your Junk, Spam and Promotions folders in your email account if you do not receive our email confirmation directly to your Inbox.

We recommend you add events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com and newsletter@attwoodandgarnetteevents.com to your email Contacts List to ensure that you do not miss communications from us.

We don't anticipate any technical difficulties on the day, however sometimes there can be local internet issues that affect access.

If your Wi-Fi loses bandwidth, for example, it may be helpful to use your mobile phone as a hotspot and you may gain a better experience using 4G or 5G.

Do let us know via email to events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com should you have any issues. We have staff available on the day to offer assistance.

We also send the handouts via email approximately 2 weeks prior to the Webcast date.

For each event or course you may be able to gain up to 6 hours of Specialist Continuing Professional Development regardless of your profession. Please check directly with your organisation.

You can ask for an extension at any time, so long as the content has not been replaced. We replace our content approximately once per year.

If you would like to access the new content on a topic you have already completed, we can provide a discount code for you to access the new content. Please contact us by email at events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com to request a discount code.

We are not a registered NDIS provider but we can support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS Participants with the following payment options:

  1. You or the attendee submits the registration and payment online via our website, and we send you a copy of the invoice for reimbursement; or
  2. We prepare an invoice for payment by the Plan Manager or attendee.

If you would like to use option 2, please email us all relevant information required on the invoice (i.e. NDIS number, participant details, webcast event and/or online course name, etc.) to events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com

If you are a full-time student or are facing hardship, you can request a discount. Please complete our Discount Application form: www.attwoodandgarnettevents.com/pages/discounts to request your discount, ensuring you provide a copy of the relevant documentation, and/or reasons for your request.

Note: due to the number of emails we receive on a daily basis, it can take us 24-48 hours to get back to your enquiry. We answer queries in the order they are received, so we ask that you only email once regarding an issue.

All of our workshops and courses are prepared for adults, adolescents (14+ years) and parents of those with autistic children.

Consider that the day is not interactive and involves a lot of sitting and good concentration.
