More than any of the others I'veparticipated in the last 4-5 years, this workshop helped explain so much about being AuDHD. I now know without a doubt that I am both autistic and ADHD, although I've only ever been formally diagnosed with ADHD (and several other acronyms).

Wow, what a fantastic workshop that was! So much information that is actually useful, and presented in a way that makes it accessible and easy to understand for me as a parent.
