Webcast and On-Demand Tickets

A presentation held on a specific day throughout the year that is livestreamed and recorded. Anyone registered for a Webcast Event gets 60 days access to the recording via their member dashboard.

On demand access to content on a particular topic. Purchasing an Online Course comes with 60 days access from the date of purchase.  

The online location where you can access the Webcast Events and Online Courses you have purchased.

Your login details for your Member Dashboard that is emailed to you at the time of your initial purchase. This password will not change unless you request a password reset, or email us to reset it for you.

Your Member Dashboard houses all Webcast Events and Online Courses that you have registered for in one place. We no longer send a different link and passcode for each event.

There is a chat room function that allows you to ask questions during the event.

Handouts will be emailed through at the time the link and password is sent.

We do not anticipate any technical difficulties on the day, however sometimes there can be local internet issues. If your Wifi loses bandwidth, for example, it may be helpful to use your mobile phone as a hotspot and you may gain a better experience using 4G or 5G. Do let us know via email events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com, should you have any issues. We have staff available on the day to assist you. 

The webcast event recording will be available for 60 days from the date of the event. We have implemented a new system where you have a Member Dashboard, that houses all Webcast Events and Online Courses that you have registered for in one place. We no longer send a different link and passcode for each event.

Yes, you can. We understand that life gets busy and you may not be able to get through all the content within the 60 days allocated.  

As such, we allow you a once-off extension for an additional 30 days, or until the content is replaced – whichever is less. 

Access to an online course or webcast event can be extended at any time, as long as the content hasn’t been replaced. 

We replace our content approximately once per year. 

If you would like to access the new content on a topic you have already completed, we can provide you with a discount code. Please email us at events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com to request your personalised code. 

Please email events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com to request an invoice. In this email please include which event you would like to purchase, your name, email, address and phone number.

Please check your Promotions and Junk folder. Add events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com and newsletter@attwoodandgarnetteevents.com to your Contacts List to ensure that you do not miss communications from us.

To log into the Member Dashboard, you will need your username and unique password. This information was emailed to you at the time of your purchase.

You should have received an email from events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com which has your username and password information.

The email will look like this:

If you haven’t received any emails from us within 15 minutes of your online purchase, please check your junk/spam folders for emails from newsletter@attwoodandgarnettevents.com or events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com.

If you still haven’t received anything, there is a chance there was a typo in the details provided at the time of registration, so please email us at events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com so we can confirm your details.

Note: If different email addresses are entered in the Biller Email and Attendee Email during the online checkout process, then the system will send the email to the “Biller email”. But don’t worry! We have the correct details on file and will send the Attendee their unique password at least 1 week prior to the event.

This means you already have an account, and your password remains the same as previously advised to you.

If you can’t remember your password, please try resetting your password at the Login Page of the Dashboard.

For Online Courses, the process is almost the same as above, except, instead of clicking the name of the event in the Webcast Event section, you will scroll down past the photo of Tony and Michelle, to the Online Courses section. Your courses will automatically be shown.

Simply scroll down and click the green “Start Course” button (shown below)

The Online course content will be available for 60 days from the date of purchase. When you access your member dashboard, you will see something similar to the below (depending on the Webcast events you have registered for):

To access the livestream or recording of the webcast event, please click the name of the webcast event.

Note: if you have registered for 1 event, that will be the only name shown.

Once you click the name, you will see something similar to this:

From here, you can download the handouts by clicking the orange button at the top.

If you are attending the webcast event on the day, you can use the Chat Room function at the bottom of the screen. This is where you can ask questions and have discussions with other attendees.

After the event, you will be able to access the recording for 60 days (from the date of the event), as shown above.

Parents

All of our workshops are aimed at adults, adolescents (14 years old +) and parents of those with autistic children. In deciding whether or not to bring along your adolescent child, consider that the day is not interactive, involves a lot of sitting and good concentration.

Professionals

Please email events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com to request an invoice. In this email please include which event you would like to purchase, your name, email, address and phone number.

Once payment is received you will be registered for the upcoming event. 

For each day you may be able to attract 6 hours of Specialist Continuing Professional Development regardless of your profession, please check with your organisation.

Registration and Payments

The best way to register for an event is through our website at attwoodandgarnettevents.com Click on the EVENTS tab, then select the workshop for you. Alternatively, you can download the registration form and send it in through via:

We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we are only able to support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS Participants with payment options.

There are 2 options: 
  1. You or the attendee submits the registration and payment online via our website, and we send you a copy of the Invoice for reimbursement; or
  2. We prepare an invoice for payment by the Plan Manager or attendee. 
If you would like to use option 2, please email us all relevant information required on the invoice (i.e. NDIS number, participant details, webcast event and/or online course name, etc).

The best way to register when you are not paying yourself is by sending in the registration form. When completing the registration form please fill in the invoice details section with your company/schools name. If your company/school will be registering you, please ensure that they provide us with your name and contact details, including your email address.

Payment for each event can be made through Stripe or PayPal if you are registering online. If you wish to pay with bank transfer please send us an email at events@attwoodandgarnettevents.com with the details of the webcast event and/or online course you want to purchase as well as the details on where to send the invoice.

Michelle and Tony regularly visit the following towns and cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, Townsville, Cairns, Toowoomba, Coffs Harbour, and Newcastle) presenting in each place approximately every two years.
